Deluxe Plus Studio
Our Deluxe Plus Studios are located on the ground floor and are suitable for one person or for a couple. Ihey come fully furnished and are equipped with a private bathroom, a double bed, sofa bed, and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, extractor hood, electric hob and microwave.
Residents will also have access to our common areas, where they can find a self-service laundry, a vending machine with snacks and drinks, a coffee machine, a terrace and a patio with barbecue area.

Your kitchen comes with some cooking appliances, however we strongly advise also bringing additional items, such as cutlery, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils. Our hobs are induction ready, so please ensure your items are compatible.
We do not provide bed linen, so please bring your own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels.
Cleaning of your room and flat are not included in your stay. However, we ensure all common spaces and corridors are regularly cleaned.
Yes, the total amount required to confirm your booking is €600.
If there is any damaged equipment or furniture, we will withdraw the corresponding amount from the deposit, otherwise we will return it in full.
