Our 1 bed apartments are both located on floor -1, one has a single bed and the other has a double bed. The apartment is suitable for one person or for a couple. It comes fully furnished and is equipped with a private bathroom and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, extractor hood, electric hob and microwave.
Residents will also have access to our common areas, where they can find a self-service laundry, a vending machine with snacks and drinks, a coffee machine, a terrace and a patio with barbecue area.

Your kitchen comes with some cooking appliances, however we strongly advise also bringing additional items, such as cutlery, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils. Our hobs are induction ready, so please ensure your items are compatible.
We do not provide bed linen, so please bring your own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels.
Cleaning of your room and flat are not included in your stay. However, we ensure all common spaces and corridors are regularly cleaned.
Yes, the total amount required to confirm your booking is €600.
If there is any damaged equipment or furniture, we will withdraw the corresponding amount from the deposit, otherwise we will return it in full.
