To secure your room with us, you’ll need to sign your agreement and pay the €150 booking fee + deposit + 1st month’s rent.

Yes, you will have deposit of €500 that will be refunded at the end of your stay after checking everything is correct.

Yes, a guarantor will be required to sign your contract.

We offer ensuite rooms within shared apartments, where you have access to your own bathroom, but you will share the living room and kitchen space. Or you can opt for a studio room where you’ll have access to your own bathroom as well as your own private kitchen area. You can find out what is included in your ensuite or studio on the relevant residence page.

Our communal spaces are residence-specific, so please check the relevant residence page on our website to see what spaces it includes.

In the majority of our Nido’s you will have access to an on-site gym which is free to use, as well as comfortable social and study spaces. In some of our newer Nido’s you can also find private dining rooms that you can book out with friends for dinner parties; gaming rooms with projector screens, and lastly cinema rooms complete with plenty of comfortable seating and surround sound.

No, we don’t offer dual occupancy.

We have accessible rooms available at all our residences, so we want to make sure that everyone is able to have a safe and comfortable stay with us, so please let us know about any medical information or disabilities on your application, or contact us directly to find out more.

Yes – all of our Nido’s offer summer stays. Please visit the relevant residence page or contact the residence team for more details.
We also offer semester stays, however, availability depends on the residence and the time of year.

Yes, the agreement for your room, which you are required to accept in order to complete your booking and secure your room, is a legally binding contract.

Nido is home away from home to all students that are 17 years of age or over, from any university and any country in the world.
There are a few requirements you need to meet in order to stay with us. You need to prove that you are at least one of the following:
• a student who is taking a full-time course in the city where we are based
• a student on an organised study-abroad programme
• a student enrolled full-time in a language school
• a student conducting a work placement course as part of a degree-granting programme
• You’re able to book from the age of 16 at the time of check-in however we do ask that you supply us with an indemnity form and comply with our under 18-year-old policy.

Kitchen essentials aren’t included in your room as they tend to be personal items. However, we’ve partnered with UniKitOut and Rise & Fall (an eco-friendly option) so you can purchase everything you’ll need for your room and have it ready for you upon arrival.
On the other hand ben linen and towel will be provided and changed once a week.

Yes, we have high speed Wifi throughout each Nido so you can be connected at all times. More information on how to connect will be provided upon your arrival and this is included in your rent so you do not need to pay for it.

Please note – during the on-going C-19 pandemic we are asking students to be respectful of each other and to keep guests to a minimum.
We do allow day and night guests, however, for your own safety and security, there are a few guest policies in place:
• You can have limited guests visiting during the day between 8am and midnight
• For overnight stays, one guest can stay for a maximum of two consecutive nights throughout the month
• All guests must be 18 years of age or over
• You will have to sign in your guests, and they must bring a photo ID to gain entry into the building
• You will be responsible for your guest throughout their time at Nido

Weekly cleaning services are included in your stay.

We work hard to make sure that pretty much everything is included in your stay. Just so it’s clear, the below items are not included in your rent:
1. We have vending machines in some of our Nidos. All snacks and drinks within the vending machines will be at your own cost.
2. You can pay for your laundry on a pay-as-you-go basis
3. You can book extra room cleans at reception for a set fee.
If you’d like any bedding, towels and/or kitchen equipment during your stay, you can buy them through UniKitOut. We’ve partnered with UniKitOut to provide you with plenty of options plus they’ll deliver to your door.

We have laundry rooms in all of our Nidos. You’ll have 24-hour access to washers, dryers and some sites will have ironing boards available.
To get real-time availability of the washers/dryers, download the Circuit Laundry App.
Prices for a wash and dry can be found in your Welcome Book which you’ll receive upon checking-in. Payment is done through a pay-as-you-go card which can be purchased from a machine in the laundry room.
For any other questions on laundry, speak to the team as they’ll be happy to help.

When moving in, you will receive your keys/FOB for your room, access to the building and usually a post box key
If you do lose any of your keys or the FOB, please let us know right away for health and safety reasons. You will be charged for a replacement which the residence team can arrange for you.

Many of our Nidos have gyms onsite which can be accessed free of charge 24/7, so you are welcome to work out whenever you feel like it.(Please note that due to the covid-19 pandemic some of the gyms are closing from 10pm at the moment – please check with the residence team for your gym’s up to date opening hours)
Upon Check-In, we do require that you complete a gym induction to ensure you’re comfortable using all of the equipment.

No, you are not permitted to sublet any part of your accommodation, as per your accepted tenancy license agreement or AST. If you need to move out early, you should contact the reception team to discuss the option of a tenancy takeover.

Please let us know if you plan to be away for more than a couple of days for safety purposes.

Our maintenance teams are available five days a week to help with any issues or questions. They’re also available for any emergencies during the weekends.
If you do experience any maintenance issues during your stay, simply log it on your maintenance portal (full information can be found in your Welcome Book). The team will update you on the progress of the job and book a time with you for accessing your room.

We do not have a resident doctor and we can’t provide you with any medication.

Finally, if you have an illness or intolerance, we would need you to give us that information to be able to help and inform the dining room so that you don’t eat anything that you shouldn’t.

We encourage everyone to bring their bikes to university as it makes for a much more environmentally friendly way to get around town. In fact, all of our Nidos have bike storage available. Simply speak to the team to book your space.
Bikes are stored at your own risk and you should ensure you have sufficient cover in place for your bike with Endsleigh. In no circumstances should bikes be stored in your room, corridor or in the communal space in the building.

Electric scooters should not be kept or charged anywhere in the building under any circumstances. This includes your room, flat, common spaces and the bike store.

To cancel the accommodation you must send an email to Administration. They will inform you which are the next steps to follow. You must notify one month before leaving. Leaving means the loss of the room deposit (€ 1,000) and a penalty of up to 3 months.

When checking in to your Nido, we’ll need to see a form of photo identification (passport, drivers license etc).
We’ll also need to see the proof of studies from your university, the best way to do that is to bring and show us your acceptance letter, we may also need a copy of this for our records and to provide to the local council upon request.

If you’d like to move rooms, we’ll always try to accommodate it. Please do note that we can only offer room changes if there are rooms available to move into within your Nido residence and there is an understandable reason for wanting the change.
Keep in mind that different rooms can be offered at varying prices. The rates are based on a number of things, like the size of the room, location in the building and its availability so it may be that you will have to pay a different rate to occupy another room.

To ensure you get the best check in experience, we will send out an email with different timeslots when it gets nearer to your check-in weekend, so you can book a time that’s suitable for you.

Check in weekend takes place in September, however the dates vary depending on what Nido you’re staying in so check your contract and emails for more information.

By bicycle: A very convenient and quick option for accessing the different campuses is by bicycle. Seville has a bicycle lane that runs throughout the city and a public bicycle rental service implemented by the City Council (SEVICI). One of the SEVICI stations is a few metres from the residence, on Calle Ramón Carande

By bus: Seville has more than 41 bus lines that allow you to travel all over the city. Several bus stops are very close to the residence hall.

By underground: Seville has an underground line that runs through the city. The closest station to the residence is San Bernardo

By car: The residence has its own parking

By car: The residence is located next to Avenida de la Palmera, near the Benito Villamarín Stadium. There are several car parks located within a 5-minute walk.

By Train: Seville has several train stations. The AVE high-speed train arrives at Santa Justa station, 4 km from the residence, about thirty minutes by public transport.

Taxis are also an option. It costs between 15 and 20 euros, depending on the time of day or night, with the supplement of the station.

Very close to the residence is the Seville Virgen del Rocío train station, just a 10-minute walk away.

By plane: Seville airport is about 12 kilometres from our residence. By public transport it takes about fifty minutes.

By taxi it costs between 20 and 30 euros with the airport supplement.”

We love it when you make the space your own – some rooms look like palaces!

But please don’t make holes in the walls. The room should look the same when you leave as you found it.

We love animals! But not in principle. Only for visits and after consultation with the management.

Yes, we will collect your letters and parcels. Please make sure that they arrive in your name and have the correct PO BOX so that we can identify them and they go to the locker where you can pick them up directly.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our residents is our top priority. We continue to monitor the situation closely and are proactively following healthcare and government advice from the World Health Organization, RKI, Federal German Government, all state governments and the Department of Foreign affairs to help ensure we are effectively managing the implications of coronavirus and responding as necessary.

Within our residences:

  • We keep a stock of hand sanitiser for you to use in each of our residences
  • We’re frequently cleaning all communal and high footfall areas, following our strict COVID-19 sanitising protocol.
  • Cleaning schedules, sanitising stations and social distancing guidance are available to ensure we continue to care for each other and keep our communities safe.
  • We are running all events virtually via our Instagram and Facebook channels and are slowly re-introducing in-person events
  • Unfortunately, we had to close all community spaces until further notice.
  • You have to wear a mask when moving through the building.
  • Our teams are available to provide you with dedicated support and ensure you stay safe and well.
  • Our teams have been trained on COVID-19 secure protocol, adhere to latest official government guidance, and ensure appropriate social distancing, sanitising and safeguarding measures are in place.
  • We strongly recommend that all of our residents follow the most recent guidance from the RKI and the World Health Organization.
  • As we need to follow governmental regulations as well as specific regulations for each German state, we highly recommend to inform yourselves accordingly.

In person viewings are available again at Nido residences across Spain. You can select an online tour or in-person tour via our book a tour form. You would need to prove that you are vaccinated or recovered.

We ask that if on an in-person tour, you maintain appropriate social distancing and wear face masks at all times.

3D virtual tours of our common areas and room types are still available on our website.

Should you or someone you know experience any flu-like symptoms (as mentioned above), it is highly recommended to stay at home, try to avoid contact with others and seek advice from a doctor or the nearest hospital by telephone.

Please let your Nido residence team know immediately (only via phone) if you do have these symptoms and need to self-isolate. We can provide you with the advice and the support you will require during this time.

Anyone who has had personal contact with someone who has been diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 should contact the relevant health authority immediately and regardless of symptoms, contact a doctor and stay at home.
