Classic Room (3-Bed)
Our Classic Rooms in a 3 Bedroom Apartment measure 15.4 – 19.1 m2 and are located on floors 1 to 7 and are ideal for sharing with friends. They are designed so you have the privacy of your own bedroom and ensuite bathroom while still enjoying the cosy atmosphere of a shared living room and kitchen with 2 other people.
Each room comes with a compact 105-135cm double bed, study desk & chair, wardrobe with shelving, full length mirror, and an ensuite bathroom. The shared living space includes a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge-freezer, sink, hob, microwave, oven and plenty of storage, plus a dining table and chairs, comfy sofas and a flatscreen TV. You can still use all of our common spaces & attend our events so making friends won’t be a problem – you get the best of both worlds.

FAQs
Your kitchen comes with some cooking appliances, however we strongly advise also bringing additional items, such as cutlery, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils. You can purchase kitchen items via our partner Menaki.
Bi-weekly linen change, including bed sheets & towels, is included in the rent. We will supply pillows and mattress protectors but not duvets.
Bi-weekly cleaning of your room, bathroom and kitchen is included in your stay. We will also ensure all common spaces and corridors are regularly cleaned.
To confirm your booking you will need to pay a €300 refundable security deposit.
Prior to the contract start date, you will need to pay the first month’s rent. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for the payment dates.
Bookings are now open. When you can move in is dependent on your contract length. Keep an eye on our website to stay up to date with all the check-in dates.
