Our spacious Classic Rooms in a 2 Bed Apartment with Terrace measure 12.6 – 13.3 m2 and they are located on the eighth floor and are ideal for sharing with a friend. They are designed so you have the privacy of your own bedroom and ensuite bathroom while still enjoying the cosy atmosphere of a shared living room and kitchen with 1 other person.
Each room comes with a 120cm compact double bed, study desk & chair, wardrobe with shelving, full length mirror, and an ensuite bathroom. The shared living space includes a breakfast bar and stools, small kitchenette with a fridge, sink, hob, combi microwave-oven and plenty of storage, plus a comfy sofa and flatscreen TV. Let’s not forget the large terrace, perfect for study breaks and get togethers. You can still use all of our common spaces & attend our events so making friends won’t be a problem – you get the best of both worlds.

Of course! At Nido Príncipe Pío we have our own restaurant run by DoEat. They prepare homemade, healthy and delicious food every day for you to enjoy.
We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. So whether you want to go full or half board, there’s no need to worry about cooking.

Your kitchen comes with some cooking appliances, however we strongly advise also bringing additional items, such as cutlery, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils. You can purchase kitchen items via our partner Menaki.
Bi-weekly linen change, including bed sheets & towels, is included in the rent. We will supply pillows and mattress protectors but not duvets.
Bi-weekly cleaning of your room, bathroom and kitchen is included in your stay. We will also ensure all common spaces and corridors are regularly cleaned.
To confirm your booking you will need to pay a €300 refundable security deposit.
Prior to the contract start date, you will need to pay the first month’s rent. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for the payment dates.
Bookings are now open. When you can move in is dependent on your contract length. Keep an eye on our website to stay up to date with all the check-in dates.
