Our Premium Ensuite rooms are designed to give you everything you need for student life in a cosy environment. They are 12.8-13.3 square metres in size and have all the things you need to balance your personal and study life. The Premium Ensuite rooms are located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors and each includes a compact double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair, plenty of smart storage and ensuite bathroom. You’ll also have access to a shared lounge, kitchen, and dining area within your flat, so you’ll be able to socialise and keep your space exactly how you like it.

FAQs
Your Kitchen comes with a fridge, freezer, microwave, furniture and cupboard space but please bring any kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc that you need.
We do not provide linen as they tend to be personal items, so please bring your own bedding/pillows/towels. You can order these to the complex in advance of your arrival and they will be in your room when you arrive. Please liaise with staff to organise.
Cleaning services of your room and flat are not included in your stay. However, we ensure all common spaces and corridors are regularly cleaned.
We don’t take deposits for our student accommodation in Ireland. Instead, to secure your room you’ll need to pay an advance license fee of €100 which will be deducted from the first (or only) instalment of your accommodation fees.
We offer different contract lengths this year. The start date is dependent on your contract length. Keep an eye on our website to stay up to date with all the check-in dates.
At Ardee Point, we offer full-year stays which have a duration of 38 weeks as standard. We may have flexibility on contract lengths so please contact the site team if you need a shorter or longer stay: ArdeePoint@nidostudent.com
