Coming soon! Ardee Point will be a brand new student residence home to over 300 students each year and located in the historic heart of Dublin. Surrounded by some of the city’s best known sights, Ardee Point is just 2 minutes walk to the nearest public transport links, putting Ireland’s capital at your fingertips. Open to all third level, university and college students, so you can secure your room online as soon as bookings open.
All our rooms at Ardee Point come with their own ensuite bathroom, so you don’t have to worry about queuing up for your morning shower or working out who’s turn it is to clean it. For those who enjoy living with others, our new Dublin accommodation will have a range of ensuite room types with shared kitchens and living rooms, as well as studio rooms with fully equipped kitchenettes for those who prefer their own space. More information on our prices and available room types will be coming soon. Social and Study Spaces
Our brand new Ardee Point residence is designed to help you get the most out of your student experience. You’ll be able to catch up with friends over a game of pool in the well equipped social spaces, or unwind at the end of a busy day in the cozy cinema room. The private dining room with its fully kitted kitchen is the perfect space for hosting family or entertaining visitors. Get the day off to a good start by working up a sweat in our private gym, or grab a drink from our self-service coffee bar. When it comes time to study, we provide large study areas with a private study room and superfast WiFi throughout the building, so you can work in a way that suits you.

We understand the importance of having quiet spaces where you can get your head down and get through your to-do list for the day.

We know wellbeing is important to you, so our in-house gym is open 24/7 and equipped with all of the machines you need for a good workout.
