Classic Plus Studio
Our Classic Studio (Accessible) are 20-22m2 and located on the ground, first, second, third and fourth floor. Each studio apartment comes with a compact double bed, study desk & chair, wardrobe with shelving, full length mirror, ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette with storage, induction hob, combi microwave oven & fridge. These are spacious accessible rooms with large, wheelchair-friendly bathrooms.
Our studios are ideal if you like to have your own space, kept just the way you like it. You can still use all of our common spaces & attend our events so making friends won’t be a problem, you get the best of both worlds.

Of course! At Nido Aravaca we have our own restaurant run by DoEat. They prepare homemade, healthy and delicious food every day for you to enjoy.
We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. So whether you want to go full or half board, there’s no need to worry about cooking.

Kitchen essentials aren’t included in your room as they tend to be personal items. However, we’ve partnered with Menaki and Rise & Fall (an eco-friendly option) so you can purchase everything you’ll need for your room and have it ready for you upon arrival.
For 24-25 bookings, biweekly cleaning services are included in your stay.
To confirm your booking you will need to pay a €150 non-refundable registration fee.
Prior to the contract start date, you will need to pay a €300 deposit and the first month’s rent. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for the payment dates.
The dates vary depending on what Nido you’re staying in so check your contract and emails for more information.
