Nido Aravaca will be home to over 500 students and provide a number of study and social spaces, including a gym, cinema room, study rooms and private dining room. Weekly room cleaning and linen change is included in the rent, as well as access to a laundry room, parking and exterior gardens. In addition, we have a wonderful restaurant that offers the option of booking with half board or full board.

Whether it’s relaxing on our rooftop terrace or cosying up in front of a film in the cinema room, Nido Aravaca has everything you need to live your student life just the way you want it.
