We’re bringing our unique way of living to Madrid. Nido Aravaca will be home to over 500 students and provide a number of study and social spaces, including a gym, cinema room, study rooms and private dining room. Weekly room cleaning and linen change is included in the rent, as well as access to a laundry room, parking and exterior gardens. All together you’re talking a student experience like no other in the city.
Whether it’s relaxing on our rooftop terrace or cosying up in front of a film in the cinema room, Nido Aravaca has everything you need to live your student life just the way you want it.

We want you to be able to enjoy each facility, from the lively roof terrace to the functional laundry room.
Fancy tasting the famous Spanish rice dish in a whole bunch of flavours? Arrocería Balear is not only a cool space to dine in, but they have a lovely large menu to suit every palate. As it’s name suggestes, their speciality is rice with prawns and baby squid. Their desserts are a real treat too!
Been thinking all day long about your favourite Asian dishes? You're sure to find a large variety and good quality food at Zenith. Enjoy great Asian cuisine on the terrace, with a view of the local skyline.
The smell of freshly baked bread will hit you long before you arrive. Panod Pozuelo is an artisan bakery and pastry shop where you can enjoy a variety of bread with natural ingredients and delicious coffees. All you need to do is choose sweet or savoury.
Madrid's Casa de Campo is the capital's great green lung and a favourite picnic spot among locals. With magnificent views over Madrid, it is a staple for jogging or strolling among trees and streams.
Catalan Francisco Daurella converted a splendid family home into a museum to house part of his art collection. With more than 200 paintings spanning multiple artistic movements, this museum is a great place to take a break from studying and tech and clear your mind.
This is one of the best places to enjoy another perspective of the city. The Cerro de Garabitas viewpoint is the perfect place to get in touch with nature and take in immense views without having to leave the city.
Zielo Shopping has a good offer of classic high street shops and several different restaurants. A handy place to go shopping and have a drink on the terrace.
