Our Premium Plus Studios are designed to give you privacy in a cosy environment. Located on the top floor, they measure 13 square metres in size and have all the things you need to balance your personal and study life. Premium Plus Studios come with a single bed and full access to all common areas.

Your kitchen comes with some cooking appliances, however we strongly advise also bringing additional items, such as cutlery, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils. Our hobs are induction ready, so please ensure your items are compatible.
We do not provide bed linen, so please bring your own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels.
Cleaning of your room and flat are not included in your stay. However, we ensure all common spaces and corridors are regularly cleaned.
Yes, the total amount required to confirm your booking is €600.
If there is any damaged equipment or furniture, we will withdraw the corresponding amount from the deposit, otherwise we will return it in full.
