1^st YEAR GUARANTEE

If you are a prospective first year undergraduate student and your offer of a place at your preferred University/Higher Education Institution is withdrawn by the University/Higher Education Institution because of you not achieving their required entry grades, you may be eligible to be released from your agreement.

You may also be eligible to be released from this agreement if you are a prospective first year undergraduate student and you choose to go to a different University because you have exceeded your expected grades.

To apply to be released from this agreement in the circumstances referred to above, you will need to supply us with a copy of:

A written rejection letter from your chosen University/College or screen shot of your upper secondary (high) school (or equivalent) status which confirms that the required results were not achieved; or
A copy of the proof of acceptance of your new University/College by required results adjustment

These document(s) must be received by us within two working days from the date your results are published. Please email the documentation to your Residence Team. On receipt of the required documentation, it will be verified and, provided we are satisfied, we will cancel your agreement.

NO VISA GUARANTEE

If you fail to obtain a Visa before the start date of your tenancy, we will cancel your agreement and refund any rent payments made so long as you provide the following supporting documentation within 48 hours of receiving your official confirmation:

Supporting official evidence that your Visa was declined
Written confirmation that you wish to cancel your booking.

The ‘Referrer’ must be a current resident or a newly booked resident for 2022/23 at Nido Bryggen
Agent referrals are not applicable for this offer
The friend or ‘Referee’ should be a NEW resident and not have previously lived at Nido Living
Applicable to bookings made through the Nido Portal, in person or via telephone
Tenancy to be a minimum of six-months at Nido Bryggen only
Valid for all bookings made from 30 January 2023 at Nido Bryggen, subject to availability
This offer is limited, provided on a first come first served basis and only valid until such time as Nido Living remove the offer
The promotional discount will be applied to the six month of accommodation fees
The promotional discount will only be provided once all registrations and proof of status documents have been received, deposit, advanced rent and any outstanding payments have been paid in full
To secure your room and complete your booking for 2022/2023, you will be required to sign the lease for your room and pay a month’s deposit. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, subject to any deductions. The deductions that we are permitted to make are set out in the least for your room
To be eligible for the discount, the ‘Referee’ must enter or quote the ‘Referrer’s’ FULL NAME plus the code ‘RAF-1500’ in the promo box when making the booking online, by phone or in person, or have something in writing from a Nido staff member, in order to be applicable
Should a booking that is made via a recommendation be cancelled, then the offer will be deemed null and void
Nido Living reserved the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion at any time
Valid for all bookings at Nido Bryggen only
This promotion can be used in conjunction with our One-Month Free Rent for current 2022/2023 residents ONLY
These Terms & Conditions are in conjunction with those on the online booking system found at www.nidoliving.com
The promotion is not transferable to any other tenant should you cancel your booking

Should a booking be cancelled at any point, then this will be deemed null and void and the promotion will not be valid
