Our Superior Rooms in a 2 Bed Apartment are located on the first floor and are 18.8m2. They are designed to give you the privacy of your own bedroom while still enjoying the space of a shared living room and kitchen. Each room comes with a compact double bed, study desk & chair, wardrobe with shelving, and full length mirror. These rooms share a bathroom and cooking facilities with one other flatmate.

Your kitchen comes with some cooking appliances, however we strongly advise also bringing additional items, such as cutlery, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils. You can purchase kitchen items via our partner Menaki.
Bi-weekly linen change, including bed sheets & towels, is included in the rent. We will supply pillows and mattress protectors but not duvets.
Bi-weekly cleaning of your room, bathroom and kitchen is included in your stay. We will also ensure all common spaces and corridors are regularly cleaned.
To confirm your booking you will need to pay a €300 refundable security deposit.
Prior to the contract start date, you will need to pay the first month’s rent. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for the payment dates.
Bookings are now open. When you can move in is dependent on your contract length. Keep an eye on our website to stay up to date with all the check-in dates.
