We’re located in the Cabañal neighbourhood, a short walk or bike ride from La Malvarrosa beach, the University of Valencia, the Universitat Politècnica de València, the city centre and many other interesting things to explore while studying in Valencia.

Nido Malvarrosa student accommodation will be equipped with a range of thoughtfully designed social and study spaces, including study rooms, a gym, lounge spaces, a private dining room, and co-working areas.
We’ll have the perfect mix of comfortable social spaces, where you can hang out with your friends, and private areas, to relax or just take time for yourself.

Facilities

We have put a lot of thought into the design of our rooms, social and study spaces. All rooms at Nido Malvarrosa will be fully furnished and have en-suite bathrooms. All communal spaces have been carefully designed and equipped with high-quality fittings and furnishings. We have everything from comfortable study rooms, where you can fully concentrate on your work, to a fully equipped gym, where you can focus on your wellbeing.
