Premium Studio
Our Premium Studios are located on the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth floors and are 19.1-19.2m2. They are designed so you have the privacy of your own bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Each studio comes with a compact double bed, study desk & chair, full kitchen, wardrobe with shelving, full length mirror and ensuite bathroom. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with a 2-ring induction hob, combo microwave oven, fridge with freezer shelf, sink, and plenty of storage.
Our studios are ideal if you like to have your own space, kept just the way you like it. You can still use all of our common spaces & attend our events so making friends won’t be a problem, you get the best of both worlds.

Of course! At Nido Malvarrosa we have our own restaurant run by DoEat. They prepare homemade, healthy and delicious food every day for you to enjoy.
We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. So whether you want to go full or half board, there’s no need to worry about cooking.

Your kitchen comes with some cooking appliances, however we strongly advise also bringing additional items, such as cutlery, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils. You can purchase kitchen items via our partner Menaki.
Bi-weekly linen change, including bed sheets & towels, is included in the rent. We will supply pillows and mattress protectors but not duvets.
Bi-weekly cleaning of your room, bathroom and kitchen is included in your stay. We will also ensure all common spaces and corridors are regularly cleaned.
To confirm your booking you will need to pay a €300 refundable security deposit.
Prior to the contract start date, you will need to pay the first month’s rent. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for the payment dates.
Bookings are now open. When you can move in is dependent on your contract length. Keep an eye on our website to stay up to date with all the check-in dates.
