The smallest rooms in the residence, our standard rooms are 6 – 7.5m2 each. Nevertheless, they offer all the comfort of your own private bedroom, whilst sharing a kitchen and bathroom with one flatmate as well as having access to all of our common spaces throughout the building.

Kitchen essentials aren’t included in your room as they tend to be personal items. However, we’ve partnered with Menaki and Rise & Fall (an eco-friendly option) so you can purchase everything you’ll need for your room and have it ready for you upon arrival.
For 24-25 bookings, biweekly cleaning services are included in your stay.
Yes, you will have deposit of €300 that will be refunded at the end of your stay after checking everything is correct.
