Our premium rooms (3-bed) are slightly larger than our classic rooms and provide all the comfort of your own private bedroom, along with one bathroom and kitchen shared between 3 people.
These rooms are 10.5-11.5sqm and ensure you have the privacy of your own bedroom with the social bonus of a shared kitchen, plus access to all of our common spaces throughout the building.

Kitchen essentials aren’t included in your room as they tend to be personal items. However, we’ve partnered with Menaki and Rise & Fall (an eco-friendly option) so you can purchase everything you’ll need for your room and have it ready for you upon arrival.
For 24-25 bookings, biweekly cleaning services are included in your stay.
Yes, you will have deposit of €300 that will be refunded at the end of your stay after checking everything is correct.
