+34 854 718 955C. Plácido Fernández Viagas, 6, 41013 SevillaOur Classic Studios, located on floors 0, 1, 2, and 3, provide 26 m² of living space – designed you’re your comfort in mind. Each studio includes a kitchenette with a 2-ring induction hob, cooker hood, sink, a fridge with freezer compartment, and a microwave. You’ll also have a breakfast bar and stool, a comfy double bed, spacious wardrobe, study desk with an office chair and a desk lamp, and a spacious accessible ensuite bathroom.
Our rooms are ideal if you like having your own space, kept just the way you like it. You can still use all of our common spaces and attend our events so making friends won’t be a problem. You get the best of both worlds.

Sign your lease agreement & pay your deposit
To secure your room, simply upload your documents, sign the agreement for your room and pay any deposits or fees due.
Pack your things & check-in!
We’ll be in touch to confirm your check-in date and time, as well as share lots of handy information about moving in and living with us. Simply pack your things and move on in.
