We have brought a unique way of living to Seville. Nido El Porvenir is the home where students can meet, experience and even have contact with other cultures. For us it is very important that they feel close to us, that is why we have almost 500 rooms that make them feel like home.
The facilities have been designed so that students can relax and enjoy our swimming pool and cinema room, complement their favourite sport in our gym, have study rooms in which to concentrate and a private dining room to enjoy with other residents and even guests.
Cleaning room and weekly linen changes are included in the rent, as well as access to the laundry and outdoor gardens.

Our lounge area & other common spaces are designed to help build friendships and community. They include some comfy sofas and tables with chairs where you can study.

Where better to relax than by the pool? You can soak up all of Seville’s famous sunshine on our roof top-terrace.
In-house gym
We know wellbeing is important to you, so our in-house gym is open 24/7 and equipped with all the machines you need for a good workout.
Private dining room
Host an evening with friends in our private dining rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave & hob. So you can cook up a feast, whilst your guests chill out on the sofas.
Laundry
The laundry room offers Circuit’s latest technology in laundry machines, meaning you can check the machine’s availability online to avoid queuing.
