Our studios are ideal if you like to have your own space, kept just the way you like it. You can still use all of our common spaces & attend our events so making friends won’t be a problem, you get the best of both worlds.
Our Superior Studios are our largest available studios at 28-31m2 and are located on floors 1, 8, 9 and 10. Each studio apartment comes with a 150cm compact double bed, study desk & chair, wardrobe with shelving, full length mirror, ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette with storage, induction hob, combi microwave oven, fridge and breakfast bar with stool.

FAQs
Your kitchen comes with some cooking appliances, however we strongly advise also bringing additional items, such as cutlery, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils. You can purchase kitchen items via our partner Menaki.
Bi-weekly linen change, including bed sheets & towels, is included in the rent. We will supply pillows and mattress protectors but not duvets.
Bi-weekly cleaning of your room, bathroom and kitchen is included in your stay. We will also ensure all common spaces and corridors are regularly cleaned.
To confirm your booking you will need to pay a €300 refundable security deposit.
Prior to the contract start date, you will need to pay the first month’s rent. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for the payment dates.
Bookings are now open. When you can move in is dependent on your contract length. Keep an eye on our website to stay up to date with all the check-in dates.
