Premium Studio with Terrace
Our Premium Studios with Terrace come fully furnished with a spacious terrace for outdoor enjoyment. Each studio is 20-23m2 and can be found on the eighth floor. With their in-room facilities, these studios are perfect for those who prefer to have their own private living space, but want to enjoy access to our common spaces & events-so socialising won’t be a problem.
Each studio apartment comes with a 150cm compact double bed, study desk & chair, wardrobe with shelving, full length mirror, ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette with storage, induction hob, combi microwave oven, fridge and breakfast bar with stool.

FAQs
Your kitchen comes with some cooking appliances, however we strongly advise also bringing additional items, such as cutlery, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils. You can purchase kitchen items via our partner Menaki.
Bi-weekly linen change, including bed sheets & towels, is included in the rent. We will supply pillows and mattress protectors but not duvets.
Bi-weekly cleaning of your room, bathroom and kitchen is included in your stay. We will also ensure all common spaces and corridors are regularly cleaned.
To confirm your booking you will need to pay a €300 refundable security deposit.
Prior to the contract start date, you will need to pay the first month’s rent. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for the payment dates.
Bookings are now open. When you can move in is dependent on your contract length. Keep an eye on our website to stay up to date with all the check-in dates.
