Classic Studio with Terrace
Our spacious Classic Studios at Nido Príncipe Pío have their own kitchenette and private ensuite bathroom. Each studio is 19.6 – 22.6 m2 and can be found on floors 1, 8 and 11. With their in-room facilities, these studios are perfect for those who prefer to have their own private living space, but want to enjoy access to our common spaces & events, -so socialising won’t be a problem.
Each studio apartment comes with a 135 – 150cm compact double bed, study desk & chair, wardrobe with shelving, full length mirror, ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette with storage, induction hob, combi microwave oven, fridge and breakfast bar with stool. Let’s not forget the private terrace, perfect for study breaks and get togethers.

Of course! At Nido Príncipe Pío we have our own restaurant run by DoEat. They prepare homemade, healthy and delicious food every day for you to enjoy.
We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. So whether you want to go full or half board, there’s no need to worry about cooking.
If you’d like to know more about our catering service, please email your residence team at principepio@nidoliving.com.
Your kitchen comes with some cooking appliances, however we strongly advise also bringing additional items, such as cutlery, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils. You can purchase kitchen items via our partner Menaki.
Bi-weekly linen change, including bed sheets & towels, is included in the rent. We will supply pillows and mattress protectors but not duvets.
Bi-weekly cleaning of your room, bathroom and kitchen is included in your stay. We will also ensure all common spaces and corridors are regularly cleaned.
To confirm your booking you will need to pay a €300 refundable security deposit.
Prior to the contract start date, you will need to pay the first month’s rent. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for the payment dates.
Bookings are now open. When you can move in is dependent on your contract length. Keep an eye on our website to stay up to date with all the check-in dates.
