Our Premium Studios with Terrace are a penthouse studio with large terrace (15m2 plus), 13.5-14.5m2 and located on the fifth floor. Each studio apartment comes with a compact double bed, study desk & chair, wardrobe with shelving, full length mirror, ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette with storage, induction hob, combi microwave oven & fridge.
Our studios are ideal if you like to have your own space, kept just the way you like it. You can still use all of our common spaces & attend our events so making friends won’t be a problem, you get the best of both worlds.

Kitchen essentials aren’t included in your room as they tend to be personal items. However, we’ve partnered with Menaki and Rise & Fall (an eco-friendly option) so you can purchase everything you’ll need for your room and have it ready for you upon arrival.
For 24-25 bookings, biweekly cleaning services are included in your stay.
Yes, you will have deposit of €300 that will be refunded at the end of your stay after checking everything is correct.
