Our Classic Ensuites are located on the first, second, third & fourth floors and are 13m2. They are designed so you have the privacy of your own bedroom and ensuite bathroom while still enjoying the buzzing atmosphere of a shared living room and kitchen with 6 to 7 other people. Each ensuite comes with a compact double bed, study desk & chair, wardrobe with shelving, full length mirror and ensuite bathroom.

FAQs
Your kitchen comes with some cooking appliances, however we strongly advise also bringing additional items, such as cutlery, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils. You can purchase kitchen items via our partner Menaki.
Weekly linen change, including bed sheets & towels, is included in the rent. We will supply pillows and mattress protectors but not duvets.
Cleaning of your room, bathroom and kitchen is included in your stay. We will also ensure all common spaces and corridors are regularly cleaned.
To confirm your booking you will need to pay a €150 non-refundable registration fee.
Prior to the contract start date, you will need to pay a €300 deposit and the first month’s rent. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for the payment dates.
Bookings are now open. When you can move in is dependent on your contract length. Keep an eye on our website to stay up to date with all the check-in dates.
