Our Deluxe Studios are located on the ground, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor of our restored single-storey houses. The flats are suitable for one person or a couple and come fully furnished with a private bathroom, desk area, wardrobe, a 90 cm or 140 cm bed, and a kitchenette equipped with mini fridge, extractor hood, electric hob and microwave.

Residents will also have access to our common areas, where they can find a self-service laundry, a vending machine with snacks and drinks, a coffee machine, a terrace and a patio with barbecue area.

Once you’ve found your perfect room, you’ll be redirected to our booking portal to create your Nido account. Here you’ll need to double check your room selection and complete our registration form.

Sign your lease agreement & pay your deposit

To secure your room, simply upload your documents, sign the agreement for your room and pay any deposits or fees due.

Pack your things & check-in!

We’ll be in touch to confirm your check-in date and time, as well as share lots of handy information about moving in and living with us. Simply pack your things and move on in.

At Nido Ajuda, the Halloween decorations were handmade by our residents. An evening of hard work but with fantastic results. The residence never looked scarier. At Nido, we aim to create spaces where residents can thrive and use their creativity to their maximum potential. These Halloween decorations are a great example of creative minds working together in a community.

Witness our Christmas dinner tables adorned with dishes crafetd by residents from around the world. Surrounded by laughter and joy, everyone shared in the warmth of the season with a glass of wine adn delightful pasteis de nata for dessert. Meet Mr. Nido, our family´s pet. 🐈🤍

As cute and as orange as Garfield the cat but always in a better mood. Mr. Nido was a street cat who always kept company to the residents at Nido Ajuda during the day and came for a cuddle in the evening events. His presence was always noticed and missed by the community. Together at Nido Ajuda, all residents created a fund for everyone at the accommodation to contribute, saving for food and shelter for their new furry best friend. Since then Mr. Nido has been adopted by Nido Ajuda, taken to the vet, fed every day and has a new home that he loves where he stays near everyone and is always ready for a cuddle. 💌
