Classic Studio
Our Classic Studio apartments are located across floors 1, 2 & 3 in our restored single-story houses.
All of these studios come fully furnished with a wardrobe, desk, single bed, en-suite bathroom and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, extractor hood, electric hob and a microwave. Some of our Classic Studios also include a dining table.
Residents will also have access to our common areas, where they can find a self-service laundry, a vending machine with snacks and drinks, a coffee machine, a terrace and a patio with barbecue area.

Your kitchen comes with some cooking appliances, however we strongly advise also bringing additional items, such as cutlery, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils. Our hobs are induction ready, so please ensure your items are compatible.
We do not provide bed linen, so please bring your own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels.
Cleaning of your studio or apartment is not included in your stay. However, we guarantee that all common areas and corridors are cleaned regularly.
Yes, the total amount required to confirm your booking is €600.
If there is any damaged equipment or furniture, we will withdraw the corresponding amount from the deposit, otherwise we will return it in full.

Nido Ajuda reception is open from 9h to 18h.
The room size listed is the gross internal area of your private living space. This includes your ensuite bathroom.
