Our Superior Studios are the largest studios at Nido The Walls. Each studio ranges from 26 to 29 square metres in size and gives you great city views as they’re located on the 7th floor. The studios come with a double bed with under-bed storage, a private kitchenette, a private ensuite bathroom, a wardrobe, and a study desk & ergonomic chair. This is not everything, as you have an in-house gym, study spaces, cinema room and more free-of-charge spaces during your stay.
We listen to our residents, so we understand the importance of having these things included. This studio was designed for you to enjoy, from your ensuite bathroom to your private kitchen.

Cleaning services are not included in your stay. However, they are available. All you have to do is to contact your Nido team to book your cleaning service for a small fee.
Yes, it is. The gyms at Nido are open 24/7 and are free of charge during your stay with us. You just need to make sure to sign the ‘Gym Disclaimer’ on your Nido Portal before you start using it. You’ll also be given a PARQ form to complete when you check-in.
You can move into your Nido in early September. We usually hold a Check-In Weekend but these dates change every year, so we’ll let you know well in advance when it has been confirmed.
We offer 2 contract lengths for studios. You can choose between 51-weeks and 44-weeks. Should you need any other options to accommodate your needs, please feel free to contact us. Just ask and we’ll try to accommodate them. We’re listening.
