Premium Studio
Our Premium Studios will suit you if you’re looking for some extra space and to be close to the community spaces as they’re located on the ground and 1st floors of Nido. Our Premium Studios are between 13 to 15 square metres and each include a compact double bed with under-bed storage, wardrobe, desk & chair, private bathroom, plus a kitchenette with storage, hob, microwave, fridge and conventional oven.

FAQs
These aren’t included in your room as they tend to be personal items. However, we’ve partnered with UniKitOut and Rise & Fall (an eco-friendly option) so you can purchase everything you’ll need for your room and have it ready for you upon arrival.
Cleaning services are not included in your stay. However, they are available. All you have to do is to contact your Nido team to book your cleaning service for a small fee.
Yes, it is. The gyms at Nido are open 24/7 and are free of charge during your stay with us. You just need to make sure to sign the ‘Gym Disclaimer’ on your Nido Portal before you start using it. You’ll also be given a PARQ form to complete when you check-in.
You can move into your Nido in early September. We usually hold a Check-In Weekend but these dates change every year, so we’ll let you know well in advance when it has been confirmed.
We offer 2 contract lengths for studios. You can choose between 51-weeks and 44-weeks. Should you need any other options to accommodate your needs, please feel free to contact us. Just ask and we’ll try to accommodate them. We’re listening.
