Our Premium Studios are the right fit for you if you’re looking for some extra space. Our studios are between 15 to 19 square metres in size and include a compact double bed with under-bed storage, a private kitchenette, a private ensuite bathroom, a wardrobe, and a study desk & ergonomic chair. Plus, you can also access all the communal spaces, including our in-house gym.

We know how important floor plans are for visualising your new room. Here’s an example of our room layouts however, please note each room’s layout may vary.
These aren’t included in your room as they tend to be personal items. However, we’ve partnered with UniKitOut and Rise & Fall (an eco-friendly option) so you can purchase everything you’ll need for your room and have it ready for you upon arrival.
Cleaning services are not included in your stay. However, they are available. All you have to do is to contact your Nido team to book your cleaning service for a small fee.
Yes, it is. The gyms at Nido are open until 10pm everyday and are free of charge during your stay with us. You just need to make sure to sign the ‘Gym Disclaimer’ before you start using it. You’ll be given one when you Check-In.
You can move into your Nido in early September. We usually hold a “Check-In Weekend” on the 7-8 September and/or 14-15 September. However, these dates might change every year, but we’ll let you know with plenty of time in advance.
You can only choose a 51-week contract for this room type. Should you need any other options to accommodate your needs, please feel free to contact us. Just ask and we’ll try to accommodate them. We’re listening.
Please be aware that residents of Castle Hill are not entitled to apply for a parking permit with the local council.
