- Field House Management Team present from Mon – Fri between 9 – 18
- Field Management Service during opening hours (Mon – Fri between 9-18):
- House Manager Service (e.g. small usual room repairs)
- Maintenance Service
- Free loan items (e.g. common household items)
- Parcel delivery service
- Smart Control (AppWash) washing machines and dryers on the floors 2-4
Ongoing construction work expected to last until the end of summer 2023:
Construction work in the basement, ground floor and 1st floor on working days (probably from 07 am to 6 pm).
The following construction works will take place at this time:
- Installation works
- Interior works
- Extension of the commercial areas
- Extension of the inner courtyard / garden
The usual restrictions/immissions/nuisances due to construction work are to be expected during the construction work (noise, odor, dust, obstacles, etc.) and these can be significant.
