Please note, our Standard Studios are only available for short stays. That means a fixed contract duration of 6 months.
Our Standard Studios at Nido Randwyck are located on the 4th floor and are a spacious 19m2. They are designed so you have the privacy of your own bedroom and ensuite bathroom, plus your very own fully equipped kitchenette, so you can keep your space just the way you like it. Nido Randwyck has plenty of social and study spaces, so you will still enjoy the buzzing atmosphere of shared living.
Each studio comes with a compact double bed & mattress, study desk & chair, wardrobe with shelving, full length mirror, dining table & 2 chairs, and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave-oven, two ring induction hob, sink, an under-the-counter fridge that includes a freezer compartment plus storage for your pots and pans and crockery.

FAQs
Your kitchen comes with some cooking appliances, however we strongly advise also bringing additional items, such as cutlery, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils.
Cleaning of your room, bathroom and kitchen is not included in your stay. We will ensure all common spaces and corridors are regularly cleaned.
To confirm your booking you will need to pay a €150 non-refundable registration fee.
Prior to the contract start date, you will need to pay a €500 deposit and the first month’s rent. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for the payment dates.
When you can move in is dependent on your contract length. Keep an eye on our website to stay up to date with all the check-in dates.
