Our biggest ensuite rooms, our Superior Plus Ensuites are a massive 29 square meters in size and are located within either 4 bed or 8 bed flats. So you’ll have a shared lounge, kitchen, diner but an ensuite bathroom and big bedroom all to yourself. All our ensuite rooms include a compact double bed, wardrobe, desk & lamp; chair, plenty of smart storage.

FAQs
Your kitchen comes with white goods and plenty of cupboard space but we advise also bringing some additional items like utensils, pots and pans etc, please note our hobs are induction ready so please ensure your items are compatible.
We do not provide linen as they tend to be personal items, so please bring your own bedding/pillows/towels. You can order these to the complex in advance of your arrival and they will be in your room when you arrive. Please liaise with staff to organise.
Cleaning services of your room and flat are not included in your stay. However, we ensure all common spaces and corridors are regularly cleaned.
We don’t take deposits for our student accommodation in Ireland. Instead, to secure your room you’ll need to pay an advance license fee of €100 which will be deducted from the first (or only) instalment of your accommodation fees.
We offer different contract lengths this year. The start date is dependent on your contract length. Keep an eye on our website to stay up to date with all the check-in dates.
Full-year stays at Ashlin House have a duration of 41 and 51 weeks as standard. We may have flexibility on contract lengths so please contact the site team if you need a shorter or longer stay: [email protected]
