You’ll find the chic Alp Studios nearby the “Flaucher” – the city’s own beach along the banks of the Isar. Enjoy the alpine views from the roof terrace, get active in the urban gardening and fitness area, or work on your projects in our co-working space. Just around the corner you’ll also find a DM, Edeka and a bakery, and the S-Bahn, which takes you directly to the city center. Handy, right.

Facilities

The newly designed rooms each have a private bathroom, are furnished and stylishly decorated. Some rooms also have a balcony, a smart TV and a box spring bed. In addition to your own room, you’ll also have access to the completely renovated common areas including: an outdoor fitness area on the roof terrace, a co-working space, a fitness & relaxation zone, gaming lounge, and laundry and drying rooms. There’s also an events lounge in the basement available for you to use. Our friendly, diverse community often meet and enjoy the common spaces, so there’s always an opportunity to socialise.

Bürger´s - Wirtshaus & Garten is just a 10 minutes walk from Alp Studios. The restaurant serves a wide selection of Bavarian cuisine and international dishes. All of our dishes are prepared with fresh products from farmers in the region. They’re perfect for lunch breaks or late night cravings! All of their dishes can of course also be ordered to take away.
