Nido is delighted to announce that we have once again been recognised as the international award-winning PBSA operator of choice, with three award wins for 2021 at the PIEoneer Awards, Class Foundation and Property Week Student Accommodation Awards.
At The PIEoneer Awards, we won the International Student Living Award category which recognises our efforts to maintain a consistent and positive support to you, our residents, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thanks to significant investment, both pre and post pandemic, we have been able to support and enhance the lives of students throughout the unprecedented health crisis.
From The Class Foundation, we were awarded the Best Student Housing Operator Award. This one we are particularly proud of, as we pride ourselves on providing the best possible living experience for our residents and this award recognises the numerous initiatives centered around our residents’ needs and preferences. Each of our Nido’s are designed in line with your feedback and preferences for studying, socialising, and relaxing, with the aim of creating spaces to engage in a positive and vibrant community.
Most recently at the Property Week Student Accommodation Awards, we were awarded International Operator of The Year in recognition of our exceptional and smooth growth into European markets. Nido manage 24 student residences across Europe and we’re proud to be a diverse, vibrant and change-making community.
These awards are a testament to the work of the Nido family. The past two years have been a trying time for everyone, however Nido will continue to work to provide support and reassurance to our community.
