I stayed at Nido Santa Apolonia with my partner and we were both very happy with the apartment we had and especially with the property management team - Ines and Ana. They were always available if anything needed to be sorted out and they did their best to often organize community events for the building, doing maintenance and communicating with external providers (e.g. WiFi) when Portuguese was required, which many of the tenants did not speak. They also always responded on time and were very helpful - for which we were extremely grateful. The building is new and the rooms are well equipped and appropriately furnished as well as clean. Considering that rents in Lisbon which were quite high for the period when we were there August 2022 - July 2024, we believe this was one of the best deals we could have gotten as everything was taken care of for us and our rent included utilities, internet, a private gym and pool, and private parking. Overall, we are very happy with our choice and would recommend it not only to students but also to professionals.
