Terms and conditions of "SPECIAL OFFER - DRESDEN" promotion campaign

During the promotional period, a limited number of selected room categories are available at reduced prices for the participating hotels. You can find these a little further down under “Room Categories”.

For these bookings, the service fees currently applicable to the house are waived.

The following room categories are available at reduced rental rates during the promotional period, subject to availability:

Every natural person who is at least 18 years old can participate in our promotions.
New tenants as well as existing tenants (rebookers) may participate in the promotion.
Participation is only possible in one’s own name. Entering false or third-party data (name, address, e-mail address, bank details, etc.) will lead to exclusion from the promotion.
Violations of the conditions of participation will lead to exclusion.
The discount does not apply in case of early move-out by providing a new tenant or termination during the rental period.
The entire agreed period of residence must be fulfilled.
The promotions apply to bookings made via Nido’s online reservation system.
Student, by phone or in person at one of Nido’s student residences, subject to availability.
To be eligible for the promotion, the booking must be confirmed and
all required payments have been received.
The tenant must have received a booking confirmation by email in order for the
promotion is valid.
Nido Student reserves the right to cancel, modify or extend promotions at any time.

The promotion is depending on the availability of rooms. Nido Student reserves the right to shorten, stop or extend the promotional period at any time. A separate announcement is not required for this and will be distinguished by the price display in the booking system.

The promotion “SPECIAL OFFER – DRESDEN” is only valid for bookings for the Nido Güntz Studios.

The organizer guarantees the highest possible data protection standard and
complies with all relevant legal provisions. The organizer will not pass on any
personal data to third parties or sell address data. The organizer stores the
personal data of the respective participants exclusively for the purpose of the
campaign. The participant hereby expressly consents to the storage and use of
the personal data provided for the above-mentioned purpose. You can read

The organizer reserves the right to change, cancel or end the promotion for
objective reasons at any time and without prior notice. A factual reason is given
in particular if the action cannot (no longer) proceed according to plan (e.g.
infection of computers with viruses, software or hardware errors or other
technical, factual or legal reasons that hinder the administration, security,
integrity or the proper execution of the action). The organizer decides at its own
discretion whether the promotion can be continued in a modified form or
whether it should be canceled or ended early.

According to the current state of technology, data communication via the
Internet cannot be guaranteed to be error-free and available at all times. The
organizer is therefore neither liable for the constant and uninterrupted
availability of the online systems used by him nor for technical and electronic
errors in a telemedia service over which he has no influence, in particular not for
disruptions such as loss, delay, delay, change, manipulation or misdirection of emails originating from external data networks, external telephone lines or other
hardware or software belonging to the participants or third parties. The same
applies to disruptions in the input, acquisition, transmission and storage of data,
in particular for incorrect, missing, interrupted, deleted or defective data records.

system. The organizer is also not liable in the event of theft or destruction of the

unauthorized changes or manipulation of the data by the participants or third
parties.
The organizer is only liable for damage other than injury to life, limb and health
insofar as these are based on willful or grossly negligent behavior on the part of
him or his vicarious agents. In the event of a culpable breach of an essential
contractual obligation, the organizer is also liable for negligent breaches of duty.
Essential contractual obligations are those obligations, the fulfillment of which
makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on
whose compliance the participant can regularly rely. In this case, however,
liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Any further
liability is excluded.

Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be ineffective or
a loophole exist, this does not affect the effectiveness of the remaining
provisions. The ineffective or missing provisions must be replaced by a provision
that comes closest to the purpose of the contract and the statutory provisions.
