Our classic rooms (3-bed) provide all the comfort of your own private bedroom along with one bathroom and a kitchen shared between 3 people.
Our classic rooms are 8.6 – 10.5m2 and ensure you have the privacy of your own bedroom with the social bonus of a shared kitchen, plus access to all of our common spaces throughout the building.

FAQs
Your kitchen comes with some cooking appliances, however we strongly advise also bringing additional items, such as cutlery, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils. You can purchase kitchen items via our partner Menaki.
Weekly linen change, including bed sheets & towels, is included in the rent. We will supply pillows and mattress protectors but not duvets.
Cleaning of your room, bathroom and kitchen is included in your stay. We will also ensure all common spaces and corridors are regularly cleaned.
To confirm your booking you will need to pay a €150 non-refundable registration fee.
Prior to the contract start date, you will need to pay a €300 deposit and the first month’s rent. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for the payment dates.
You will be able to move in from the day your contract starts.
