Our Double Studios are the perfect room to share. They’ve been thoughtfully designed to give you a sense of privacy and calm, still with all the high-quality finishes you’d find in our other room types – plus a private terrace.
Our Double Studios measure 20.8 – 24.6 m2 and are located on the first floor. Each room comes with air-conditioning, two 105-120cm compact double beds, two study desks & chairs, two wardrobes with shelving & hanging space, a full length mirror, and one modern ensuite bathroom and kitchenette to share. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with a two-ring induction hob, combo microwave oven, fridge with freezer shelf, sink, and plenty of storage. Let’s not forget the private terrace attached to the room, that looks out onto a landscaped internal courtyard.
We’ve made sure that our Double Studios are perfect for sharing with friends, old or new. When you book a bed in a Double Studio, you’ll still get full access to all of our common spaces and you’ll be able to attend all of our events – so making friends won’t be a problem. You get the best of both worlds.

Of course! At Nido Príncipe Pío we have our own restaurant run by DoEat. They prepare homemade, healthy and delicious food every day for you to enjoy.
We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. So whether you want to go full or half board, there’s no need to worry about cooking.

Your kitchen comes with some cooking appliances, however we strongly advise also bringing additional items, such as cutlery, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils. You can purchase kitchen items via our partner Menaki.
Bi-weekly linen change, including bed sheets & towels, is included in the rent. We will supply pillows and mattress protectors but not duvets.
Bi-weekly cleaning of your room, bathroom and kitchen is included in your stay. We will also ensure all common spaces and corridors are regularly cleaned.
To confirm your booking you will need to pay a €300 refundable security deposit.
Prior to the contract start date, you will need to pay the first month’s rent. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for the payment dates.
Bookings are now open. When you can move in is dependent on your contract length. Keep an eye on our website to stay up to date with all the check-in dates.
