Less than a 15 minute walk from the UCC campus, Broga House is a former furniture store newly converted into accommodation for over 200 students each year with a wide range of fully furnished rooms, all with their own ensuite. Open to all third level students, plus there’s no lottery, so you can secure your room online right now.

Broga House has over 200 rooms, enabling you to tailor your student experience to your individual needs and choose the perfect room for you. All rooms at Broga House come with your own ensuite bathroom, so you don’t need to worry about queues in the morning or who’s turn it is to clean it! Our new accommodation has a variety of ensuite room types with a shared kitchen and living room for those who enjoy living with others, as well as ensuite Studio rooms with fully equipped kitchenettes for those who prefer their own space. Broga House has been carefully designed for the very best in student life. Work up a sweat in the in-house gym, which has been fully kitted out with weights and cardio equipment, or kick back and relax with friends in one of our social spaces. Superfast WiFi is available throughout the building allowing you to be online wherever you are, including our quiet study area and group study room. You can even make the most of your time with family & friends in our private dining space, complete with fully fitted kitchen and lounge area.
