You’ll find Güntz Studios in the heart of Dresden’s Old Town, the famous and historic “Güntz-Palast”, a pretty sophisticated place to call home. So if you’re a fan of historic building flair, high ceilings and large windows, you’ve come to the right place.
From the beginning of 2022, you’ll have access to the newly renovated common areas in the basement of the former “Güntz Club”, including an events stage, co-working and learning spaces, a coffee bar and much more. It’s the perfect home for students and young professionals in the city.

Nido isn’t just for students, we also offer apartments for young professionals, trainees and interns, so please select the appropriate filter to find out what is available in your city of choice. Students are able to book any room even if it is available for Young Professionals too.

All-in rent | The rental prices shown include not only the rent for fully-furnished rooms but also the costs for heating, water and electricity. Facilities
We’ve been renovating and redesigning the rooms at Güntz Studios since 2020. We’ve expanded into the attic as well as the basement so you can expect newly designed, furnished rooms. One of the highlights of the residence is the new common areas, which we plan to open in early 2022. There will be co-working spaces, an events stage, study areas and a coffee bar. But it’s also worth walking through the beautiful stairwell or using the piano room right now. There is also a laundry room, of course.
