Premium Plus Studio
Our Premium Plus Studios have their own balcony and are ideal for sharing. They are 22-25m2 (or 28-29m2 BBR) and located on floors 1 to 5. You can still use all of our common spaces & attend our events so making friends won’t be a problem. You get the best of both worlds.

All rooms at Nido Bryggen come fully furnished with a bed, desk & chair, breakfast bar stool(s), additional seat, wardrobe, mirror, coat hooks, integrated lighting and plenty of plug sockets in convenient places.
Our room sizes refer to the size of your studio apartment, or bedroom if in a shared apartment, including any balconies. The BBR-areal measurement includes the size of the apartment itself plus your “share” of the corridors/hallways and common areas.

We know how important floor plans are for visualising your new room. Here’s an example of our room layouts however, please note each room’s layout may vary.
FAQs
Your kitchen comes with some cooking appliances, however we strongly advise also bringing additional items, such as cutlery, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils. Our hobs are induction ready, so please ensure your items are compatible.
We do not provide bed linen, so please bring your own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels.
Cleaning of your room and flat are not included in your stay. However, we ensure all common spaces and corridors are regularly cleaned.
Upon signing the lease agreement, tenants are required to pay 1 month’s rent in advance for the initial month, and a deposit equivalent to 2 months’ rent, which is held until the end of the lease period. This will be refunded if there are no damages to the building.
When you can move in is dependent on your contract length. Please check your contract start date.
Our booking process allows you to take a look at the floorplans and select the exact room you’d like live in.
